Where applicable, product details, photographs, and relevant information are reviewed before the item is made available to customers.

Our Quality Control Process

Our suppliers inspect each item and provide detailed product information and photographs for review.

2. Quality & Authenticity Review
The item is reviewed for authenticity, condition, and consistency with the product description.

3. Final Inspection
Before an item is listed or shipped, Gadtappa performs a final quality-control check.

4. Secure Storage
Items that have passed our inspection process are securely stored until they are sold.

5. Customer Fulfillment
Once an order is placed, the item is carefully prepared and shipped to the customer.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Products

Vintage and pre-owned products may show signs of previous ownership or normal wear consistent with their age and condition.

Some vintage watches may have had certain service parts replaced during their lifetime. Such replacements can be normal for vintage timepieces and do not necessarily affect their authenticity.
