Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and information about where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Defective products: Please contact us before returning the item. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide instructions regarding the return.

Change of mind: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Fees

Defective products: Please contact us so we can assist you with the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Change of mind: If you return an eligible product within 30 days of receiving it, we will refund the product purchase price after the return has been received and approved.

Restocking fee: No cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 10 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gadtappa.com.

Order Cancellation Policy

If an order is cancelled because the product is unavailable or for another reason approved by Gadtappa, we will issue a refund of the applicable amount to the original payment method.
