These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gadtappa.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with Gadtappa, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2. Our Products

Gadtappa sells genuine, pre-owned and vintage luxury watches and accessories, including but not limited to Rolex and other Swiss and international watch brands. All products are inspected and verified prior to listing and prior to dispatch, in accordance with our Authentication Guarantee.

As products are pre-owned, each item may show reasonable signs of prior use consistent with its age and condition, which will be described and, where possible, photographed in the individual product listing.

3. Trademark & Brand Disclaimer

Gadtappa is an independent reseller of genuine pre-owned watches. Gadtappa is not an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of Rolex or any other brand named on this Site, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any watch manufacturer unless explicitly stated. Brand names, model names, and trademarks referenced on this Site are used solely to accurately identify and describe the genuine products being resold, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Prices & Currency

All prices on this Site are displayed in Euros (EUR) for the convenience of customers across Europe. Prices displayed at checkout are the prices that apply to your order, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Gadtappa reserves the right to correct any pricing error found on the Site, even after an order has been placed. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated at the time of order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase, which Gadtappa may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email. Gadtappa may cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

As many items sold by Gadtappa are one-of-a-kind pre-owned pieces, availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times, customs responsibilities, and signature-on-delivery requirements are described there in full.

8. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal, and returns, refunds, and authenticity claims are handled in accordance with our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Authentication Guarantee

Every product sold by Gadtappa is covered by our Authentication Guarantee, which explains how each item is checked and what is covered. This guarantee operates in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights described in our Return Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including text, product photography, graphics, and logos belonging to Gadtappa is the property of Gadtappa or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Trademarks belonging to third-party watch brands remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gadtappa's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Gadtappa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish law or the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including your right of withdrawal described in our Return Policy.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

If you are an EU consumer and are unable to resolve a complaint directly with us, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to seek an out-of-court resolution.

14. Force Majeure

Gadtappa is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.

15. Changes to These Terms

Gadtappa may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence where applicable law permits.
